We loved being here. Provided breakfast was good hot with sausage and bacon, as for instance, exceeded our expectations. The staff was supper friendly and excellent and the pool area was nice. The property's location was marvellous and handy, to coast. Moreover, it's just off south Texas, stopped in Dumas, and restaurants and stores.

The hotel of choice in Dumas. Modern place, well-appointed rooms, consistently courteous staff. Good and excellent location in Dumas close enough to Dumas, Texas and south Texas and an outside restaurant.

All of the staff was very helpful and exceptionally nice and attentive to guests. The room I booked was updated and very clean and available with microwave and the AC unit and fridge and microwave.

Loved the place, had a such great stay on Friday night. We were given updated, reasonably large room with fridge and microwave. The location was particularly good, not too far away from Phillips Park.

The hotel was fairly clean and spacious. Decent size rooms with microwave, fridge and microwave, a couch, felt like home. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge were provided. The service offered was great!

The bed was comfortable and smelled clean. The crib was set up and a notification email was sent, which was great. There was a hangout area with a pool table and a small convenience area with drinks and snacks. The location was good, not too close to the main highway but easy to access. Ample parking for various sized vehicles. The facility was well maintained inside and had nice landscaping with rose bushes and trees, giving it a welcoming feel. They also provided bags and trashcans for those traveling with dogs.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints at all.
